COVID-19
VUPC's response to COVID
During this tumultuous time, we recognize that safety and health are of tantamount importance, now more than ever. Beginning January 1st, 2021, VUPC will be offering Rapid COVID-19 Testing and PCR COVID-19 Testing. Asymptomatic patients can call to make an appointment; symptomatic patients are asked to please call before booking an appointment. Please call our offices for more information.
In response to the pandemic, we here at VUPC are trying to limit the community spread of the outbreak by offering telemedicine services. Please call our office for more information.
Patients can visit the Virginia Department of Health (http://www.vdh.virginia.gov) and CDC (https://www.cdc.gov) websites for more information.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We at VUPC pride ourselves on providing the best medical care possible to all our patient's needs. While we want to accomodate every patient, due to the high demand and limited number of appointments, there will be a $75 fee for no-shows (appointments that are cancelled without informing VUPC). Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please remember to inform VUPC as soon as possible so that we can offer your time slot to someone else. Please note that future appointments cannot be made until your fees have been paid.
Office Hours
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our clinic will remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays until further notice. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
